Inspirational People –Project

The world full with inspirational people.There are people who inspire us to happily,some inspire us to give our best to the world,some inspire us to pursuits our passion,some inspire us to love and some inspire us to chase our dreams.

People who inspire others are the heroes of mankind.So I created “Inspirational People” project to keep myself stay motivated and help all my brother & sister out there.In this project I will name all those people who inspire me and million of people out there.I just started this project,and it will grow together with this blog.I will keep updating the ‘Heroes’ in this project.Hope this people who inspire million of people will inspire you also.I will consider this project is successful if it will able to change someone’s life.If someone get inspired by this list and decided to change their life,then it will the real success of this ‘Inspirational People’ project.

How To Stay Focused & Increase Working Efficiency

Most of us will be facing problem to stay focused at work.Sometime we get irritated with our self when we failed to complete our work or project.I still remember those days where I failed to complete my project and had a tough time to give explanation to my boss.By applying some ‘Magic Formula’ now I'm able to stay focused on my work and complete my projects before the due date.

Normally we tend to get distracted by various reason.Like emails,social media,online games and so on.We tend to spend 2-3 hours on social media’s and email.I called them ‘time stealer’.I used to spend my time on this ‘time stealer’ where I supposed to focus on completing my projects.The result?I not able to complete my task according to the due date and end up getting anxiety,pressure and the list goes on.

The thing about our brain is,it only can focus on a particular period of time our mind is tend to divert if we sit long hours in front of our pc’s.So we have to make sure we use the time we have in a proper way.Here are the few way for us to stay focused and increase workplace efficiency:

1.Set you goals-To stay focused on work we should have clear goals.Once we plan our goals is will be very easy for us to stay focused.We can use goal planning tools life GoalEnforcer to plan our goal,to track our goal and to accomplish the goals.

2.Allocate time to check mails-we can reach our workplace 30 minutes earlier to check our personal mails and promise to our self that we will stay away from personal emails during working period.

3.Stay away from personal calls-Usually I make sure I put my phone in silent mode when I was working.I will not entertain any personal call when I working.I tried this method.Its really working.It help me too stay focused on my work.

4.Allocate time period to people to disturb you-Set a timeframe for yourself to complete like 50% of your work.After you complete this goal,maybe you can spend 5-10 min to catch up with people or other latest updates around you.

5.Listen to some light music-This will keep you relax and stay focused.

6.Use right chair -Use the right chair which suit your body posture.This is to avoid back pains and keep you focus on your work.

7.Listen to right kind of music-Listen to the right music which suite your workplace,keep you motivated,and keep you focus.

8.Breakdown your work and set time frame-Break down your work into smaller category and set dateline to complete it.

9.Create ‘To Do' list and track it.

10.Do meditation-Practice doing meditation to increase your focusing level.

Persistence

I came across this quote by The Great Napolean Hill:

"Effort only fully release its rewards after a person refuse to quit"

What a powerful message for all of us who is trying to be successful in life. Sometime success is so close to us when we decided to quit. There is only one different between the successful people and those are not so successful. The successful one never quit. Those who are successful are very persistence.

What is persistence?

Persistence is the ability to keep trying until successful. If we see most of the successful people like Oprah Winfrey, Donald Trump, and Serena Williams; they are very persistence in pursuing their goals. These are the people who realized when the going get tough, the tough get going. Most of us set our goals every New Year. Some of us pursue the goals. But sometime when it’s getting tough to achieve the goal, we will easily give up or just replace the goal with new one. Those who are persistent will keep working on their goals until they reach their destination. I used to think, “I’m very motivated. I will achieve all my goals”. But at the end, most of my goals are still not attainable. Then I realized something. Motivation doest make you rich. Motivation doest complete your goals. But execution does. Keep working on the goals with a motivated mind will help you to achieve your goals. Once I realized this, I started to achieve my goals on by one.

How to be persistence?

Being persistence and achieving goals can be very easy means, most of us will be millionaire by now. The world will be filled by only successful people. It’s take a lot of effort. Here are few things I will normally do to be persistence in achieving my goals:
1. I will write down all my goals in a piece of paper.
2. After wrote down all the goals, I will set dateline to achieve my goals.
3. Then I will use ‘Divide & Conquer’ technique. I will breakdown my goal into small category and start working on it.
4. I will make sure I work on my goals everyday.
5. If there is a point where I’m hitting low point in term of motivation, I will take a short break. I will do something else that can recharge me back to execute my goals. Then I will come back again to execute my goals. Being persistence doest mean you should work without having break or ignoring all your other interest.
6. I make sure I reward my self with something that can excite me after I complete my goals.

Should we always be persist and never quit? Of course not. Sometime giving up will be good option. So before we set our goals, we should analyze properly everything. If our plan is not working, we have to figure it out what is wrong with the plan and rectify it. Then we should continue working on it. Let say your goal is to climb Everest. The height of Everest is 8840m.You at 4400m.Sudenlly you got virus infection. So the best option here is to stop climbing and save yourself. If you keep climbing, eventually you will end up in killing yourself. I know it is tough to balance when to be persistent and when to give up. But when you set your goal and pursuing it, you will know at some point whether the goal is still relevant to you or not. When you very clear with your goals, then don’t give up. Keep pursuing you goals. Be persistent. I’m sure at the end you will be very happy with the result.

Forgiveness

Sometime the people we love or care can hurt us unintentionally. It will be very hurtful. As an immediate reaction we tend to get very angry with the person who hurt us. Without our knowledge we will try to recall back all their past mistakes. These will multiply our anger towards that person. We will keep replaying their past mistake over and over until to a point where we will conclude they don’t deserves forgiveness. We won’t give them a chance to explain themselves and correct their mistakes. These wound can leave you with the feeling of anger and even vengeance.
It is really hurtful when you realized you have been betrayed. But keeping this anger deep inside will make things more difficult in our life. Sometime it’s better to forgive. What is forgiveness? In general forgiveness is a decision to let go the anger and the taught of revenge. By giving forgiveness we are letting go our burdens. Whenever we are in state of mind where we can’t forgive the person who hurt us, it’s recommended we take 1 or 2 day off from the current situation. Take a break from the problem. Give yourself a time to heal. During this break, try to view the problem from the other person point of view. Find out why they behave in such way. Maybe this will make the forgiving process easier.
By forgiving someone we are not doing them a favor. But we are helping our self to move on and stay healthy. Research shows by forgiving we are reducing our stress, lower the blood pressure, and reduce chronic pain. The truth is, by not forgiving somebody we are still stick at the same moment we are get hurt. We will keep replaying the incident until we genuinely forgive them. By not forgiving someone who is very close to us, we are loosing somebody who is very important in our life. Maybe the person who hurt you can be your husband, wife, close friends or family members. By not forgiving them, you are indirectly throwing them from your life. Its take years to build a relationship. Sometime it’s just not fair to let it go just because of one incident. By forgiving someone we give a second chance to the relationship. Some tend to think by forgiving we are forgetting what has happened and excusing it. Absolutely not! We can genuinely forgiving someone without excusing their act. At the same time, we can make sure the same kind of problem is not occurring in future. By doing so, we are not only saving a relationship, we also giving a chance for our self to love and to be loved. So let’s forget the past bitterness and genuinely forgive all those who hurts us. Let’s give them a chance to correct their mistake. Let give our self a chance to be happy.

How To Avoid Being Lonely & Stressful

Do you ever been lonely? Or been stress because of loneliness? Feeling lonely mean reaching a state of mind where we feel our life is empty and meaningless. When we are lonely, we tend to feel that we are not loved by people or there is no one there for us. But the truth is feeling lonely is purely based on our perspective of life.

Feeling lonely for a long period of time can cause some serious damages for our self. Some tend to kill their self because of loneliness. Most of us tend to go for anxiety pills or anti-depression pills as a solution for loneliness. But we all tend to forget none of this pill can be permanent solution for loneliness.

Feeling lonely is a state of mind and its doest have to be in this way. Here are few ways to overcome loneliness:

1.Get a pet-Get a dog/cat to occupy us will help us from being alone. Playing with our pet also will reduce our stress.
2.Take up a new hobby-Take up a new hobby. Do something that you enjoy doing like painting, reading, and playing snooker. Maybe you can try some adventures sport like mountain climbing, jungle tracking, hunting and so on.
3.Keep your mind occupied-By visualizing positive affirmation we can overcome loneliness. Find a activity which can excite you whenever you lonely.
4.Experiment with new things in life-Approaching a daily life in different perspective and doing the daily routine in different way is a good way to overcome loneliness.
5.Listen to music-Listen to your favorite music and recalling your sweet old memories also is a good way to overcome loneliness.
6.Meditation-Meditation keeps us focus and enjoys the nature and freedom of inner soul.
7.Join online community-Join online community like faceebook, friendster, and myspace. Getting introduced with different kind of people from all over the world and sharing your life with this new people will give a new meaning to your lonely life.
8.Call your friends-Call your friends and go out with your friends. Get involved in the activity that you enjoy doing with you friends.
9.Go out for a walk-Always remember. Feeling lonely is a state of mind. You can change it by just getting out of the situation. A simple walk can make you rejuvenated again.

Life is short. So we have to make sure we enjoyed every bit of it. There is no time for loneliness. Let’s make our life more interesting one.
